Trish Hankila, CPA holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and an MBA from Western Michigan University and did her post-graduate work at Northwestern University earning a leadership degree from their executive education program.
She has over 20 years of experience as a CFO in manufacturing and healthcare, helping companies with growth, turnarounds, and mergers and acquisitions. She served on the board of Oaklawn Psychiatric Hospital for over ten years.
Her time at the South Bend Medical Foundation and Oaklawn spawned her passion for finding ways to provide better healthcare to anyone who needs it.

Diane is a multitalented individual with nearly 30 years experience in the clinical laboratory and blood donor services. She has a demonstrated track record of achievement in lab operations, budget development and management, new technology, implementation, contract negotiation and training program design, execution, and scheduling. She has extensive experience in leading multiple departments, including chemistry, immunology, toxicology, microbiology, transfusion medicine, molecular diagnostics, cytology, histology, and surgical records.
Austin Abrams
Technology
Austin graduated from Purdue University with a bachelor's degree in computer graphics technology. His work experience includes tech support and quality assurance within the medical field. He gained experience while attending university as an IT help desk specialist within the Health and Human Resources department. Upon graduation, Austin worked as a front-end web developer for T-Mobile before diversifying his career and gaining and applying new skills as a quality lead technician at Biolife Plasma Services.
Derrick Forchetti, MD
Operations
Dr. Forchetti is a board-certified anatomic and clinical pathologist with over 20 years experience. He graduated from Wabash College with degrees in Chemistry and German and received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. Recently, he earned a master's degree in Data Science from the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Forchetti has been working with a group of pathologists as an independent consultant for Google Medical Brain, assisting them with machine learning projects and other technologies related to pathology and radiology. He also has experience with digital pathology image creation and software development for image manipulation.
